Refund Policy – Product Deletion Requirement
If you request a refund, you agree to permanently delete all Digital Document Direct products from your computers, devices, and databases, and to destroy any printed copies.
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds will only be processed once you have confirmed in writing that all files, templates, and related materials have been deleted from all devices and storage systems.
Please note: No refunds will be issued until written confirmation of deletion is received.
Any refunds require all purchase details including transaction number and the refund request email sent from the email which the product was purchased.
Due to the huge risk in fraud we cannot refund to any random email address or refund request from any random email address.
The refund request email must be sent from the email used to purchase the product.
Your Obligations
By making a purchase, you agree not to use any information obtained from the product for any purpose following a refund. If you later discover that you are using any part of the purchased content, you agree to notify Digital Documents Direct and fully reimburse the original purchase amount.
Additionally, you agree not to distribute, publish, sell, license, sub-license, or disclose the software or documents – whether in hard copy, digital form, or any other medium – to any third party, except as expressly permitted.
Transaction Fees
Digital Documents Direct incurs a transaction fee on every purchase. Please note that these fees are non-refundable, even if a refund is issued – meaning we bear the cost regardless.
